It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Benjamin Avila Zamora, born on August 2, 1958, in Pastor Ortiz, Michoacán, Mexico, who passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 67. Benjamin was a resident of Corona, California.
A kind and generous man, Benjamin was known for his love of 70s and 80s music, his passion for gardening, and his commitment to his family. He also cherished traveling, with Alaska and Las Vegas being among his favorite destinations.
Funeral services will be held at Our Savior Parish & USC Caruso Catholic Center, located at 844 W 32nd St, Los Angeles, CA 90007, on January 12, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
A committal service will follow at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W G St, Ontario, CA 91762, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
