Benjamin Avila Zamora

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Benjamin Avila Zamora, who was born on August 2, 1958, in Pastor Ortiz, Michoacán, Mexico, and peacefully passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 67. Benjamin was a longtime resident of Corona, California.

Benjamin was a deeply loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, father-in-law, and friend, and he meant so much to so many. He built a long and dedicated career in the aerospace industry, where his strong work ethic and integrity were greatly respected.

Known for his caring heart, generosity, kindness, and warmth, Benjamin found joy in the things he loved most—gardening, traveling, and spending time with his family, which was always his greatest source of happiness.

Benjamin’s love, guidance, and steady presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held at Our Savior Parish & USC Caruso Catholic Center, located at 844 W 32nd St, Los Angeles, CA 90007, on January 12, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

A committal service will follow at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W G St, Ontario, CA 91762, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
