Catherine Zenzola

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Catherine Zenzola of Alta Loma, California. Catherine entered into rest at the age of 95 on Friday, March 21, 2025. Catherine was born in Bari, Italy on August 7, 1929 to Apollonia and Martire Vernola. Catherine came to the United States from Italy in 1953. Catherine was a beloved member of the community and touched the lives of many. She was known for her warm smile and kind heart. She brought joy to everyone she met. She had a passion for cooking and sewing, which she pursues wholeheartedly throughout her life. Catherine had a career of being a seamstress for over 40 years. Family and friends who referred to Catherine as "Mamam" will remember her as a loving, devoted, generous individual who always put others first. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved traveling to Hawaii and Lake Havasu with her husband Dominick, who passed in 2008. Catherine and Dominick were married for 54 years. She loved going to restaurants, casinos and she loved her sweets. Catherine leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will be carried on by daughter Rose Mary Zenzola, son-in-law Ferdnand Ernest Chiovare, son Michael Antony Zenzola, daughter-in-law Correne Dell Zenzola, and grandchildren Michael Dominick Zenzola, Brandon Mitchell Zenzola, and Delaney Lacey Zenzola.
