66, of Ontario passed away on October 8, 2010 at Linda Valley in Loma Linda. She was born on September 20, 1944 in Covina and lived in Ontario for 40 years. She is survived by her daughters Lisa Formica, Michelle Ledesma, sons William Motyka III, and Gregg Motyka. Cheryl is also survived by grand- children Nicole, Jessica, Sophia, Matthew and Gabrielle. A memorial service will be held at 1PM on November 22, 1010 at Draper Mortuary, Ontario.
