Doris Rita Burak passed away after a long illness, surrounded by her family on 3-17-15. She was 87. Born in Racine, Wisconsin on 8-10-1927, she was the youngest and the last of her 9 siblings. She is survived by her devoted husband of 64 years, Zigmund Burak, of Rancho Cucamonga, three children; Sandra Anderson, Jeffrey Burak and Lisa Celano; six grandchildren: Austin, Adam, Ashley, Bria, Scott and Sydney. She lived in the Inland Empire for the last 55 years. Doris loved time with her family, dancing with her husband, (especially polka's) gardening, cooking, big family dinners, and sweet desserts! Her gentle wit, sweetness and kindness will be missed by all who knew her. A memorial and celebration of her life will be held at Draper's Mortuary on Thursday 4-2-15 at 2PM. After cremation, a private family burial is planned at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society .
