

Frances was born in California to Frank and Alexandra Hernandez. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and woman of deep faith. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Edward “Eddie” Omotoy of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; her daughters Cynthia Castro (husband Joseph) of Rialto, Alexandra Gutierrez (husband David) of Chino, CA, and Sonia Manriquez (husband Jerry) of Fontana, CA. She also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly and was immensely proud of.
Frances is also survived by her sisters Terry Jacobo of Ontario, CA, Anita Gonzalez of Fontana, CA, and her brother Joseph Hernandez of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Throughout her life, Frances cultivated a deep connection with her family and friends. She loved her family unconditionally and was a devoted supporter of her grandchildren, faithfully attending their activities whenever she could. Above all, she cherished spending time with her family, gardening and attending church.
Frances was an active member of Rock Church and Iglesia La Roca, where her resilient, faithful, selfless, and caring nature was felt by all. She lived a life rooted in love, faith, and service, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and devotion.
Frances and her beloved husband Eddie built a home filled with love, unwavering support, and strong faith. In her own words, Frances reminded everyone she met, “Jesus loves you.” She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
