Fred Lyman Kemp Sr. of Chino, California passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at the age of 95. Frederick was born to Alfred Kemp and Antoinette Pletz on April 11th, 1927 in Michigan. Fred graduated high school and went on to college. Fred was a maintenance supervisor for education for over 20 years. Fred and his family were residents of the Chino area for over 1 year.
