James O. Winters

James O. Winters, age 83, of Ontario, California passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022. James was born December 17, 1938 in Monterey, Indiana. He graduated high school in Indiana and attended some college. James was a glassworker for Libby Glass Inc. in the city of Industry, California for 28 years. He became the Union President and Steward of American Flint Glassworkers Union during the last 5 years of his career. James was also President of the local Fraternal Order of Eagles.

James is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, LuBertha Winters of Ontario, and his son James O. Winters Jr. of Arizona. He is also survived by his sister Shirley(Mont) Hoover of Indiana, his brother, Dick (Sue) Winters of Indiana. He was predeceased by his parents Owen and Geraldine Winters, his daughter Debbie Winters, brothers Jack Winters and Wayne Winters and sister Kathy Wicker.
