John Shepard Cottrell, age 83, of Los Angeles, California passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021. John was born on August 23rd 1938 at Union Hospital in Terre Haure Indiana, to Father Robert Cottrell and Mother Ruth Cottrell. He graduated from Attica High School in 1956 and attended Northwestern University as well as Indiana State University.
John began his career as an Interior Decorator in Southern California in 1960 and was rated one of the top Interior Decorators in the USA by Architectural Digest.
John is survived by his two Brothers; Bob Cottrell and Bill Cottrell. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ruth, as well as Sister Carolyn Sue.
