John Gilbert Gomez

John attended and graduated from Damien High School. He worked in construction for Robertson's Ready Mix. He had a passion for gardening, reading his Bible, and helping people.

He was survived by his two children, Teresa Gomez-Risch, John Gomez Jr., and his stepdaughter, Mandy McDonald. He has six grandchildren, Cassandra, Justice, Gregory, Jacob, Aleena, and Sophia, as well as four great grandchildren, Little John, Valentina, Maya, and Leo. He is also survived by his two brothers, Leo and Peter, and two sisters, Irene and Susie.

A visitation for John will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Draper Mortuary, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. A committal service will occur Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 444 Lexington Ave, Pomona, CA 91710.
