John Kovacevick

He was born on October 19, 1935 in Montebello, CA. to John and Mary Kovacevick.

John was preceded in death by both his parents, his wife Shirley, brother Jerry, and three sisters: Mary Tilton, Ann Drlik, and Catherine Rasmussen. John is survived by his daughter Doreen O’Gwin and her husband Dave from Littleton, CO, son Keith Kovacevick and his wife Chele from Fifty Lakes, MN, daughter Monica Franz and her husband Kevin from Simi Valley, CA, daughter Sidney Burke and her husband Don from Rancho Cucamonga, CA, and daughter Margo Beaven and her husband Richard from Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by grandchildren: Todd, Crystal, Sean, Kim, Karen, David, Cade, Nicole, Brittany, Erin, Don Jr.,Kyle, and Kristen and eight great grandchildren.

He was an Army veteran who served in the Korean War. After spending time in the military, he returned home to become a family man who loved spending time with family and traveling around the U.S in his motor home with his wife Shirley. He also enjoyed wood working and working on various projects in his spare time.
