Known by friends and family as "Kenny", he was born in Bakersfield, California to Kenneth Romine Sr. and Aleta Romine.
Kenny served honorably in the U.S. Army, and later went on to have a career in the tile manufacturing industry.
A memorial service for Kenny will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 starting 11:00 AM at Valley Christian Church, 12410 Norton Avenue, Chino, CA 91710.
