Lucille Marie Vogel

Lucille Marie Vogel. 93, passed away August 9, 2016. She was born in Moline, Illinois on June 18, 1923. She was the third of five children born to loving parents Ruth and Henry Anderson. Lucille grew up in Moline and in 1949 met Bud, dated for a couple of years and were married on July 14th, 1951. They soon moved to Southern California in early 1952. They had four children, Mike (Rochelle), Dave (Debbie), Doug, and Diane Valentine (Vic). Growing up in Ontario, California were wonderful years for us all. Lucille worked at the Montclair School District for a few years once the kids grew up. After retiring in 1983, Lucille & Bud moved to Hemet, California spending ¬¬¬7 years on a small ranch they had. Then in 1991 they moved to Las Vegas. Lucille loved being a caring wife, married to Bud for 61 years and truly enjoyed being a loving mother. She loved watching her children grow up, getting married, and having families of their own. Lucille really enjoyed life, her family, her grand-children, traveling, cooking and making the most of everyday. Mostly she enjoyed spending the later years with Dad, remembering all the fun, the good times and the life they both shared together.
