It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Mildred Evelyn Vigil of Ontario, California. She entered into rest at the age of 99 on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Mildred was born in Illinois on March 30, 1924. After high school Mildred had a career of being a quality control inspector for AT&T. She had over 10 years of experience.
