

Pete, age 85 of Alta Loma, California passed away at his residence on January 24th.
Pete was born in Waxahachie, Texas to Francisco and Maria Beltran.
He grew up in Edcouch, Texas and at the age 18 he joined the Army and after his release from active duty he moved to Chicago, Illinois.
Living in Chicago he met Rosalie Snow. They married in 1959 and he then moved to Los Angeles, California in 1960 and started a family.
Being a kind and dependable father and friend was very important to Pete.
He worked hard raising and supporting his family by working as a carpenter. He was a member of the carpenter union until his retirement in 1993. He enjoyed his leisure time doing some traveling, hiking, loved walking, and camping.
Pete will always be remembered for his kindness and warm smile. He will be missed by all that knew him.
He leaves behind four daughters: Anna Strong, Tammy Beltran-Periolat (Thomas), Maria Beltran-Clark, Jody Beltran-Mickelson (Chad) & a son Patrick Beltran (Gloria) - his mother Patricia Beltran and eleven grandchildren. Brother Ruperto Beltran (Emilia), two nephew Javier Beltran (Nina), Gilbert Beltran, two nieces leticia Beltran-Cabral and Sylvia Beltran.
