Rose was born in Mississippi. Rose continued her education and received her associates degree. Rose had a career of being a pharmacy technician. She had over 25 years of experience.

A funeral service will occur Friday, October 20, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 811 North Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA 91762.
A committal service will occur Friday, October 20, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 West G Street, Ontario, CA 91762.
