

Stan Harries, 70 of Chino, passed away on 8/10/11 after a 10 month battle with esophageal cancer. Born 1/10/41 in Canada, he moved to Ontario with his family at the age of 12. Stan went to Chaffey H.S. and then worked in the grocery business for 46 yrs. He served in the army for 4 yrs. before marrying his wife Judy (Swayze). Stan was a hard worker and loved his job.
After retiring he and Judy traveled around the US and Canada. He enjoyed casinos, camping, fishing and helping out at Owens River Campground near Mammoth Lakes. He could be found quite often helping out at his childrens' antique mall "Treasures & Junk" in Ontario.
Stan was preceded in death by his parents Stan Sr. and Anne, his sisters Deanna and Doreen. He is survived by his wife Judy, children Jana, Denise and Chad, grandchildren Kari, Ryan, Jeff, Eric, Jordan, Kyle, Gavin and Drew, sister Ann Keller and brother Joe.
Everyone loved Stan for his kind and giving heart. He will be missed tremendously.
