Born April 5, 1935, in Pharr, Texas, he was the son of the late Francisco and Catarina (Palomo) DeLeon. Adrian was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church where he served as an usher. He retired from White-Westinghouse with over 20 years of service. Adrian preferred relaxing activities to pass the time, including watching Westerns, completing puzzles, watching football, playing games, and enjoying tasty food every chance he could get.
He is survived by a son, Adrian (Gwendolen) DeLeon; daughter, Julie Collins; three stepchildren; fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ynacia Anaya and Petra Quintero; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Librada (Sanchez) DeLeon; daughter, Rosario DeLeon; grandson, Jeremy Sanchez; brother, Victor DeLeon; and sister, Guadalupe Laco.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025, at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest in Mansfield Catholic Cemetery beside his wife.
