She was born March 16, 1928, in Jeromesville, Ohio, to the late Martha M. “Mabel” (Knapp) and Edgar L. Ream. She retired from Therm-O-Disc after 15 years of service. Lois had previously worked at O’Neil’s and Kaufmann’s Department Stores. She was a member of First Church of God, now Avenue Church, and bowled on the church league in her younger years. She was a member of A.A.R.P. Chapter 718. Lois enjoyed sewing, quilting, and visiting places in Amish country.
She is survived by four children, Ronald (Linda) Tucker of Mansfield, Larry Tucker of Marion, Janice Moorehead and Judy Johnson, both of Mansfield; six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Rush.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Leslie Tucker; second husband, Jack Monroe Kilgore; a grandson, Rob Johnson; a son-in-law, Gerald Moorehead; two brothers, Harold and Dick Ream; and a sister, Marlene Malaska.
There will be no visitation or services observed. Wappner Funeral Directors and Crematory-Ontario is honored to serve the family.
