Sarah Ann Simmons

Sarah Ann Simmons, age 36, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024. Sarah was born in Shelby, OH to April Peterson (Mark) and Rodney Simmons. Sarah was the co-owner and manager of JC Race Parts.

Sarah is survived by her mother April Peterson (Mark) and her father Rodney Simmons; her step sister Nicole White (Justin) and her step sister Natichia Herndon; her grandmother Loretta "June" Simmons, her fiance` Jeremy Canada, her aunts and uncle numerous and her cousins many.

Sarah was preceded in death by her grandfather Eugene "Gene" Simmons, her uncle Steve Simmons, and her step-grandparents Charles and Betty Peterson.

A visitation for Sarah will be held Monday, August 5, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario, Ohio. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Wappner Funeral Directors-Ontario.

Sarah will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park, 2507 Park Avenue West, Ontario, Ohio.
