Born in the Bronx, New York, on August 19, 1953, Barbara lived a life marked by dedication, independence, and a love for the simple joys that brought her happiness. She built a successful career in finance, working for many years with Chase Bank, where she was known for her professionalism and strong work ethic.
Barbara had a passion for fast cars and took great pride in maintaining a beautiful lawn—two things that reflected both her vibrant spirit and attention to detail.
She is lovingly survived by her son, Travis Linton, and her life partner and best friend, William Linton. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to honor Barbara’s life will be held at 10:00 AM on April 18, 2026, at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home & Gardens.
