Benjamin Franklin Tillman Jr.

He was born in Washington, DC, on December 24, 1945. Benjamin Tillman graduated from McKinley Technology High School and received his diploma. He then enlisted in the United States Marine Corps from 1964 to 1967, receiving an Honorable discharge for service.

After serving in the United States Marine Corps for four years, Ben had a career in the automotive industry with various companies. He was the self-proclaimed President/CEO of MaGoo Enterprises, a homemade company with the slogan "At MaGoo Enterprises, We Do it All!". He also had a passion for family, fishing, and traveling.

He was married to Karla J. Tillman on April 14, 2018. During his brief illness, Karla remained by his bedside, providing love and attention until his passing at home.

Benjamin is survived by his wife Karla, son Kyle and Anthony (deceased); three step-children Tamika(deceased), Issac(deceased), and Jimmie; one daughter-in-law, Angel(Kyle); twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister Emma Frances Mcillwain, one nephew Ricky (deceased), one niece Sonya, and one sister-in-law Lisa Smallwood and one brother-in-law Ronald Spates. We wish to acknowledge a host of other family members and close friends as well. Thanks, Mr. Snoop and his wife, Ms. Rita, for being his friend.

Funeral arrangements are to be announced later and are anticipated to be held at the Arlington National Cemetery.
