Brenda Otero

Brenda is survived by her parents, Frank & Daisy Ramirez, her siblings, Mary Rivera and Frank Ramirez Jr., her husband, Ceferino Otero, and their two children, Maria Otero and Matthew Otero.

Brenda was a dynamic, self-expressive person looking to celebrate life's endless possibilities. She had a knack for being clever, creative, and witty; for others, she was a joy to be around. While she was often independent, it seemed as if many others looked to Brenda Otero for happiness, family, hope, inspiration, and, most of all, courage. Brenda Ramirez-Otero was beloved and will be missed.

Services will be held at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home & Gardens. Saturday, April 29, 2023 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763

1:00 pm – 3:30 pm: Pay respects and join the family/ friends of Brenda Ramirez-Otero.

3:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Funeral Service led by Clergy, followed by speeches from family and friends.
