Carl Franklin Higgs, age 72, of Deltona, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. He was born in Miami, FL on November 10, 1951. Carl graduated from S.W. High and received is High School diploma. He married Melody R. Higgs on May 23, 1971.
Carl worked as a mechanic for the U.S. Army - National Guard - City of Sanford Auto Train. One of his favorite passions was fishing.
He is survived by his children; daughters, Jackie Williams and Heather Tillis; son, Greg Higgs, five grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. Carl will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
