Helene Mary Anderton

Helene is survived by her beloved children: Louis Manske and his wife Amanda Manske (Hille), and Anton Manske. She was a doting grandmother to Johnathan Manske and his wife Mitzi Manske, and a proud great grandmother to Sebastian Manske.

Her family also includes her dear sister Marlene Shafer (Tomasetti) and her husband Roberts Shafer, her beloved brother John Tomasetti and his wife Deborah Tomasetti (Hill). Helene was the daughter of the late John Leslie Tomasetti Sr. and Helen Francis Tomasetti (Letrenta).

She leaves behind a legacy of love and memory in her nieces Brigette Shafer, Amanda Rymer (Tomasetti), and Alisa Tomasetti as well as her nephews Garard Shafer and John Shafer.

Helene dedicated over 30 years of service to the Volusia County Property Appraisal Office and another 30 to Advent Health Hospital, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to her community.

A celebration of Helene’s life will be held at Deltona Memorial Gardens on August 18th, 2024 at 10 a.m. where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the impact, she made on all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the golden retriever rescue in Helene’s honor.

Helene will be deeply missed but remembered with love and gratitude by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
