She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on August 1, 1955.
Isabelita worked as a Registered Nurse at Centro Cardiovascular De Puerto y del Caribe.
She is preceded in death by her mother Carmen Rivera Reyes and her son Anthony “Tony” Diaz.
Survivors include her daughter Yilma Diaz; son Jan Echevarria; grandchildren Carissa Velez, Adrian Velez and Jordan Diaz, and her brother Cesar “Tommy” Colon.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm with interment to follow in Deltona Memorial Gardens.
