DeLand, FL, age 83, died on April 15, 2015. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Nicholson, daughter, Sharon Nicholson and grandson, Kevin Nicholson. Jackie is survived by her husband, John “Jack” Boehm; step children,, Alicia Keyes, Patricia Scott and John Boehm; daughter-in-law, Rita Nicholson; granddaughter, Lauren Nicholson; great granddaughter, Mary Jane Nicholson and niece, Carol.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, April 22nd from 4 - 6 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home,1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, where funeral services will follow at 6 pm with Deacon Jerry Smith of St. Peter Catholic Church in DeLand officiating. Entombment will be Thursday, April 23rd at 11 am at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, Florida.
