Mrs. Lowe was born on June 9, 1938 in New York, the daughter of Bert and Belle Cohan Fox. She was united in marriage to Herman I. (Bud) Lowe twenty-two years ago. She had been a self-employed courier. She loved watching cooking shows.
Mrs. Lowe is survived by her loving husband, Bud; a son, Guy Bee of California; a daughter, Mindy Struble of Atlanta, GA; four stepchildren, Ricky, David, and Mark Lowe and Pamela Esposito; two granddaughters, numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Steffi Pferdehrit of South Florida.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service held at a later date.
