Jackie was born on August 18, 1961, in Chicago, Illinois. She was a graduate of Romeoville High School. She worked in printing and bindery for Auto Trader and Your Auction of St. Pete, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic.
Jackie had a deep love for sports and was an avid supporter of Chicago sports teams—except the White Sox, which she playfully excluded from her loyalties.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Copeland (Launy); her grandchildren, Erik Copeland and Ethan Copeland; her brothers, Thomas Grainger (Debbie) and Stephen Grainger; along with extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
Jackie will be remembered for her strong spirit, love for her family, and passion for the things that brought her joy. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, located at 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763, on January 2, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will also take place at the same venue on January 2, 2026, starting at 5:00 pm.
