Jose Antonio Rivera

The viewing for family and friends will be held, Monday, August 8, 2016 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home , 1295 Saxon Blvd. Orange City, Florida 32763 and the funeral service will start at 6:00pm.

He was born March, 15, 1944, in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Jose and Eriodita Rivera. He was raised by his mother and step father Raul Bonano.

Most of Tony's days after his retirement, were spent doing what he loved the most; riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and friends.

He was the President of the St. Augustine Latin American Motorcycle Association chapter, and devoted much of his time towards L.A.M.A. activities and events all over the United States and Puerto Rico. LFFL.

Many people will always remember him by his warm friendly unforgettable personality. Tony thought of everyone as family whether he knew you for a day or ten years.

Tony is survived by his wife, Janice Rivera; brothers and sister, Hector Luis Rivera, Michael Ortiz, Einar Antonio Rivera, Thayra Esther Rivera, Antonio Rivera, Douglas Rivera; and children, Lisbeth Cedeno, Jose Antonio Rivera, Marco Antonio Rivera, Aricelis Marron, and Genise Maria Rivera; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and dog Coco.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cecilia Margargita Padilla.
