She was preceded in death by her father Neal Miller and her husband Ronald T. Cook. She is survived by her daughter Shelley Toth; her granddaughters Kendal Hampton, Nicole Hampton and Ariel Fusco; her great granddaughter Lilah Fusco; her mother Bernadette Miller; her sister Beverly Routier; her brothers Neal Miller and James Miller; and her fiancé Edward (Boots) Northrop.
A Celebration of Her Life will be Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, Florida 32763.
