Orange City, FL, age 88, died on April 3, 2015 at the Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler. She was predeceased by her husband, Melvin in 1986. She is survived by her children, Charles Lancaster of Sparta, TN, Linda Cruz of DeLand, FL and Vicky Whittington of Hanahan, SC; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Loraine was a member of the First Baptist Church of Orange City (The Journey) and enjoyed her time in the Life Bible Study Group. She also enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting, crocheting and gardening.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 7th at 4 pm at the West Volusia Hospice Care Center Chapel, 1625 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Orange City, FL 32763, 1-386-851-7600.
