Magaly Torres Lagomarsini

It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Magaly Torres Lagomarsini, 62, of Deltona, Florida, who departed this life on May 5, 2025. Born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, on December 9, 1962, Magaly’s warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of many.

Magaly was a proud graduate of Lincoln Jr. High School in Cleveland, Ohio. She married Juan A. Diaz Sr., and together they were blessed with two children, Juan Jr. and Letisha, who were the center of her world. She worked diligently for many years as a Security Guard for AIG, demonstrating dedication and professionalism in her career.

A passionate woman, Magaly loved Salsa music, cooking, and cherished her family above all else. Her joyful spirit and love for life will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Juan Diaz Jr. and Letisha Diaz; her beloved grandchildren, Julissa Duran, Enrique Santiago, and Dariel Fiallo; her siblings, Myrna Torres, Nora Torres, Janet Marlaret, Waleska Torres, Robert Torres, Ricky Torres, Miguel Torres, and Wally Torres.

A visitation celebrating Magaly’s life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Her memory will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace.
