I met Buddy Miles over 30 years ago. People told me he was very talented with a tough exterior. I found the very talented part very true. However, the tough exterior not so. Buddy was a very unique person in so many ways it’s hard to explain. He was dedicated, hard working, honest, as loyal as can be, and if he was your friend, you couldn’t have a better friend. There was never a holiday or special occasion that I didn’t receive a text from Buddy. He always thought of others. People usually write nice things about someone who has passed. However, in Buddy's case it’s very easy because it’s all true! I will miss my friend because great friends like Buddy are never ever replaced. May God bless Buddy and his family.

I first met Buddy almost 40 years ago. He had recently been honorably discharged from the United States Navy after serving four years as an electrician . I was recruiting trainees to sell Rainsoft water, treatment equipment . After the interview Buddy was so excited about the opportunity that I decided to give him a shot. He developed into a great salesman, a good manager, and eventually a successful DEALER. He was more to me than employee. He was an integral part of building my business. He became  part of my family, and an important part of my life. He was the most loyal friend I’ve ever had.I will miss Buddy and will think of him every day.

I first met buddy in 1993 during a job interview at rains soft I had no experience in the field, but he hired me anyway. it was a fun and kind person. He wasn’t easy on you, but he taught you what you needed to know to succeed he introduced me to a profession that I still love and working 33 years later, it was always fun watching him drive up and his purple suit and big Cadillac . Buddy will be missed by all who knew him

Buddy was always the life of any party! You knew when he arrived, even for his Sales Meetings. When I met him at my niece's house in 1995; we talked for a few minutes and he decided he wanted me to go to his office and have a job interview.  I did, even though I didn't think I was qualified. He hired me as his personal secretary. That was when I was introduced to RainSoft and all the wonderful people there.  Buddy "always" made me feel much better about myself,  treated me so special.  He saw something in me I didn't because I was there for 25 years.  Over those years when he came to the office he came straight to my office and gave me a big hug; every time. His favorite car was a Cadillac, and drove them at least 100 miles an hour! I can attest to that, but that's another story. I am sure he is giving Dale Earnhardt a run for his money! Buddy was not only a friend for almost 31 years but, he was like a brother to me.  I am so heart broken.  He was taken from us way too soon.  RIP my friend. I will always love and miss you,
