Deltona, FL age 78 went to be with the Lord on February 14, 2018. Nelda was born November 18, 1939 in Brownsboro, TX the daughter of the late James Obie and Fayrene Shaver Shelton. She was the owner and operator of Ducharme's Coiffures in Deltona for 42 years and a member of Cornerstone Christian Church. Nelda is survived by 3 sons, Michael, David and Mark; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Denis, daughter Debra Cobb and brothers Bill and Mickey.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday Feb. 16th 6-8 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, where funeral services will be Saturday 3 PM. Burial will follow serviced in Deltona Memorial Gardens.
