I love you brother and im very very proud of you in everything you did and have done. you did alot before everyone else and accomplished alot at such a young age. I look up to that. My family was blessed to have met Noel through my niece and his best friend Brittany.  We are going through a lot of emotions right now but I know he is with his mom whom he always spoke of with so much luv.   We will always love you Noel.

It saddens my heart to hear of Noel's passing. I didn't know him well, but what I do remember of him was his vibrant smile that could brighten a room, how he was a very well mannered young man, and mostly what he meant to the people closest to him. Just starting to become friends, Noel was an amazing person. Good vibes and never anything bad about him. He brought the best out of people and he always had us laughing.
