Steven is survived by his loving wife Terry as well as his son Steven Bush Jr. (Lisa Bush), his daughters Julie Nealley (Tracy Nealley), and Lorrie Lewandowski (Ken Lewandowski). He is also survived by his sister Elaine Haener and brother-in-law Rich Haener, along with grandchildren Heidi, Daniel, and Emily.
