He was born on October 9, 1942 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, the son of Juan Rosario and Deborah Dominguez. He was united in marriage to Emma M. Barbosa for 28 years. He was retired from the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant in Artillery. He was a member of La Primera Iglesia Bautista de Deltona. Victor enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Emma; three daughters, Debbie Gonzalez and Cynthia (Angel) Sosa both of Oklahoma and Marta (Jeaneva) Rosario of Heathrow, FL; four grandchildren, Eric Gonzalez, Christina Alndzes, Rachel Alndzes and Victor Rosario Quinones; a brother, Francisco (Noelia) Rosario; three sisters, Laura (Ceasar) Rosario, Lily Rosario and Elsa Rosario and a half-sister, Antonia Rosario; many nieces and nephews.
