I was so shocked by his passing. I know it's been a long time, but I still remember all the good times we shared as friends. Bill was the nicest guy I have ever known. I even remember when he first met his future wife Jama. My best wishes for his family.

I am so sorry to learn of Bill’s passing.  Though we fell out of touch in the early eighties, from reading the memories it sounds like he never changed.
We were brothers of the bike as we both owned motorcycles at the time.  I’ll share one funny story from when he rode his bike down to visit me in Homestead, Fl (I was stationed there in my early career with the Air Force and grew up in Orlando).  He was pulled over for speeding and the state trooper asked him why he was speeding.  He replied he didn’t like driving in traffic.  The trooper replied well you left that behind a few miles back.  Haha  
Bill was as genuine a person as I’ve ever met and as I’ve thought of him over the years it has always brought a smile to my face.
Can’t wait to see you in heaven brother!!!

I graduated the Fire Academy with Bill in 1983. We both were hired & started with Orange County Fire Dept. I recall Bill's smile that could light up a room.  On occasions that we worked at the same Fire Station, I would ask him how things are going. He always spoke fondly of friends and family. As the years went by and the department grew, we saw each other less & less. The last time I spoke with Bill at station 27, he was working out. As always, he appeared calm. I teased him about doing sit-ups (he hated them). It appears heaven needed one more angel. 
I will always miss my friend Bill!

Bill and Mo are swapping fire department and fish stories together having a good time in heaven. We miss them so much. 

Bill will be remembered as a kind man who helped anyone and everyone.  I don't think I ever saw him without a smile on his face.  My favorite memory of Bill  was  watching him push our dear friend Miss Nancy through the UMC camp in Leesburg, in a wheelbarrow. We were at a Disciple retreat. Oh she loved Bill and she squealed with delight through the whole ride!! He will be missed dearly. Be in peace my friend and say Hi to Miss Nancy!!

Bob and I got to know Bill and Jama and the girls in 2003 when we lived in Deltona and were at First UMC Deltona. As anyone who knew Billy knows , there has never been a kinder , more generous soul on this earth. We were blessed to have shared a meal with Jama and Billy just a couple of weeks ago and he shared his latest woodworking with us. He will be missed by all. May he Rest In Peace and May his memory be a blessing.

Bill was a family friend for over 30 years. Our kids grew up together. When I coached Hannah in soccer, Bill was there at many practices and games. He always lent a hand or a foot when we needed help with the team at practice. Bill would help anyone that’s why so many people loved him.

 Psalm 116:15  He was definitely a saint and a life well lived. Believers death is a cross over to eternity. I am sorry, however, I will see him again.
