Yvonne Marie Smith

Bleil. Sister to. Clinton Bleil and Lorraine Schmidt. Mother to Wayne and Joan

Smith and Jean and Fred Greiner. Yvonne had 5 grandchildren and 8 great

grandchildren and they all had the utmost love and respect for her. Even though

Yvonne was born and raised in Pittsburgh and moved to Florida to be with her

children in 1986. Each time she returned to Pittsburgh to visit her brother and

sister they enjoyed each other's company so much as if it was she never moved.

Yvonne was a true Steeler and Pittsburgh Pirate fan. She would travel to

Bradenton, Florida just to watch a pre- season baseball game. Yvonne enjoyed

sipping on a mint julep while getting together with her family to watch the

Kentucky Derby always dressing the part with a big red hat. Talk about a museum

enthusiast, she could never pass one up often going to the same museum more than

one time. She enjoyed listening to all types of music except rapp. Yvonne was

part of Saint Claire's choir for years. Yvonne loved to travel both in the U.S.

and abroad. She was able to go to the Vatican twice. One of Yvonne's favorite

pastime was playing bingo, often known by her family and friends as the bingo

queen. Yvonne had a gift of brightening every room she walked into with her

infectious smile and laughter. Yvonne was so loved by her family she will be

deep missed but her memory will always be kept alive in their hearts.
