Betty was one of the nicest people. She cared deeply for her family and was so very proud of her grandchildren.  She loved sharing stories of the grands and great grands. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to share coffee and stories with her.  She is definitely missed. ❤️❤️❤️

My heart breaks, for I’ll have no more chances to say “I love you”, no more goodbyes with a kiss to her forehead, no more meals at her table or opportunities to dance with her while Garth Brooks plays in the background.  Gram has always been an encouragement with her words of wisdom, her unconditional love and her support. She was the most patient woman I’ve known - especially in my chaotic youth. But, while my heart breaks, my spirit rejoices.

This amazing woman taught me how to be a gentleman. No burping in front of others, never wear your hat at a table and you better have your shirt on for dinner. Televisions are made for watching when you’ve done everything for the day, but good music can, and should, always be played. Get up early, don’t procrastinate and give life your best. Love deeply, listen closely and learn from mistakes (or be threatened with the “paddle”, that was never actually used, haha). 

My Gram and I used to have waffles and peanut butter every morning before I went to school while listening to the Boomer and Greg morning show on WQIK. Every afternoon it was Sprite and Club Crackers. Then dinner varied, with an episode of Quantum Leap before I headed home. She always welcomed the neighborhood kids over and memories were made there on Halperns Way. 

Needless to say I could write pages about this woman I called Gram. Her M&M cookies, Christmas decorations, the village and train depot under the tree and her ability to craft and create like no one I’ve ever seen. The warmth of her winter fires, the smell and freshness of her home (even when she was a smoker) and the seasonal gifts she always thought of for my teachers each year. Taking me to get haircuts, picking me up late at night from work and always tolerating my shenanigans are some things I’ll never forget. Her love for my Pep and hearing the stories from their youth. I’ll miss so much that it hurts badly right now, but time heals all it seems...

Gram, I love you. See you again...

Betty is survived by her husband of 70 plus years, Henry Beaudoin, 5 children: Norman, aka “Teri”, Denise Wright (Ron), Kathy Church, Charlene Padgett, and Richard Beaudoin; 3 grandchildren: Michael Machado, Dawn Candy, Christopher Padgett (Alisa); 3 step-granddaughters and 7 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews including their God-child/nephew John, aka "Skip", Del Sesto. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her step-father Victor Moquin and her 2 sisters Norma McVay and Doris Del Sesto and several other family members.
