She was preceded in death by her Husband Rustico Caslib in 2012.
Carmen is survived by her children: Roger Caslib, Carmelita ( Danny ) Hui and Rusty, Jr. ( Melissa ) Caslib.
Granddaughters: Carlena Hui, Sydney Lee, and Mara Caslib. Grandson Callen Caslib.
Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday March 21, 2023 at Hardage -Giddens Funeral Home, Rivermead Chapel located at 127 Blanding Blvd; Orange Park, FL. 32073, 904 - 264-2481.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, 1649 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park, FL with Monsignor Vincent Haut as Celebrant. A reception will immediately follow the Mass in the Hall of St. Catherine's Catholic Church.
Burial will be held later in the day at Jacksonville National Cemetery, Lane 2; 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
