Ernest Lowell Woods Jr.

Ernie was born in Jacksonville, FL in 1984. Due to his dad's Navy career he also lived in Key West, Puerto Rico, and Virginia Beach. When his dad retired in 1996 the family resettled in Jacksonville, FL. He was a server at Metro Diner.

To know Ernie was to love him. He always had a special way of connecting with people, making them laugh, and letting them know he truly cared about them. He loved his children, nieces and nephew immensely. He was an extremely talented guitarist and musician. Music was his passion and he enjoyed gaming in his free time. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was predeceased by his father, Ernest L. Woods Sr and is survived by his mother, Katherine Woods; wife, Misty Woods; children: Gabriel Woods, Serenity Woods and Ethan Woods; sisters: Virgie Guthrie (Bryan) and Ashley Mead (Matt); nieces: Angel, Paige, Theo and Naomi; nephew: Malcolm; and a host of extended family and friends.

Family has decided to hold off on formal memorial services at this time.
