Frank L. Reiss III, 68, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. He graduated from Ferrum College in Virginia and retired from Mayo Clinic IT Department. Frank was a member of Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, Homebound Ministry, Knights of Columbus and RCIA.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Marion (Utting) and Frank Reiss, Jr., brother; Jimmy and sister; Elizabeth, survived by his devoted wife Rose (Illingsworth) Reiss, his sweet Aunt Ann (Bell), many dear in-laws, special cousins, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends and co-workers.
Frank's greatest joy was his family, he loved them all so much.
The Visitation will be 5:00pm - 7:00 PM, with a short rosary prayer at 6:15 PM, Friday, August 14, 2020 at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home 127 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park, Florida 32073. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 9401 Staples Mill Drive Jacksonville, Florida 32244.
