James Edward Harmon, 77, passed away December 26, 2017. He was born November 18, 1940 in Boone, North Carolina. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Vivian Harmon; daughter, Deborah (Mark) Ratliff; brother, Eugene Harmon; sister, Evelyn Armstrong; 2 grandchildren, Christopher (Alisia) Ratliff and Brittany Ratliff; 3 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be 2 PM Saturday, December 30, 2017 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME 127 Blanding Blvd Orange Park, FL 32073.
