John Alexander Clark, 62, passed away on July 13, 2017. He was born in Limestone, Maine and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. John was a loving and dedicated husband, father, son and friend with a kind and gentle soul. John loved music, art and exploring new places. He was an amateur photographer and a lover of animals. True to his nature, John was able to provide the gift of sight, by donating his corneas.
John was preceded in death by his father, John A. Clark. He is survived by his adoring wife, Cindy Spradlin Clark; 2 sons, John "Johnny" Clark and Jeffrey Clark, daughter, Lindsey (Paul) Mount, Mother, Jane Clark Faulk, brother Bryan "David" (Joan) Clark, 2 sisters, Mary (Richard) Johnson, and Pamela Clark, several nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family members.
