Julio is survived by his mother, Dennys Garcia; his father, Julio Garcia; sisters Emely Garcia and Penelope Garcia; Noris Martinez, paternal Grandmother; Julio Garcia, paternal Grandfather; Milagros Sánchez, maternal Grandmother; Fermin Marcelino, maternal Grandfather; and all of his friends that he worked with, played soccer with, went to school with, lived with, and rode with.

A visitation for Julio will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
