Mary Jean Hosey, 82, passed away December 31, 2016. A resident of Jacksonville, Florida the last 51 years she was born in Waverly Iowa to Jim and Grace Behrens on October 9, 1934. Loving mother, grandmother, and devoted wife she was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Bob and Harold, her sister Naomi and Max Hosey her loving husband of 54 years. Mary is survived by her sons Richard (Linda) Hosey and Donald (Linda) Hosey, her daughter Lynda Sue Pierce, stepdaughters Sharon Hayden and Barbara Hutchins; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
A great lover of playing games like Yahtzee and Words with Friends with her grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by her family, friends and neighbors who all loved her.
