Melvin was part of our Sunday school class for a season. I miss what we shared in that small group. He asked difficult questions and we often put those on our “loose-ends” list to give us time to seek the answer from the Word. Together we answered what we could and the answers moved us closer to God. I am so thankful for the time we had together.

I was fortunate enough to meet Melvin when we were classmates at NUMI class # 168 from 1988-1989. Melvin was a Good Friend and Great Shipmate. He was my Brother from another Mother.
He will be missed. I offer my prayers to his family.
Rest in Peace Mel. We have the watch.
