Michael Edward Mulligan

Michael enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1978, making a full career serving in Telecommunications. His orders took him and his family around the world. He proudly served in Kuwait, Desert Storm, Desert Shield and represented NATO in the Bosnian War.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Roy Mulligan; his step father, Charles William Criswell; and sister, Lee Ann Standish.

Left to cherish the life of Michael are his mother, Barbara Emery Criswell; sister Susan Mulligan; daughter, Amber Weighill (Kerry); son, Patrick Mulligan (Ashley); 3 grandchildren, Shaun, Brielle and Brock.

Committal services will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 1300 in Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32218.
