Sandra "Sandie" Joyce McClain, age 80, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024. She was born in Peoria, Illinois to the late, Francis and Nina Mielkey. She was the owner and operator of a Bridal Shop and was an amazing cook. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Sandie was predeceased by her parents, son, Paul Mahla Jr. and brother, Francis Mielkey Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, Marvin "Mac" McClain; daughter, Amanda (George) Ready; son, Daniel (Leslie) Mahla; 2 sisters: Terrie and Debbie; step-children: Debbie (Mike) Boswell and Michael (Cici) McClain; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
